Case Management using Internet Explorer

If you’re using Internet Explorer to access QQIS Case Management we recommend you follow these simple instructions below on how to successfully access, view, and stay updated with your cases.

Step 1: Add Domains to Compatibility View

 

For some people the case management might appear blank or might not display correctly in Windows Internet Explorer versions. To set compatibility view in Internet Explorer, click Compatibility View settings on the Tools menu.

 

Please add the following domains to Compatibility View:

 

  • ebix.com
  • ebixcrm.com
  • ez-data.com
  • smartofficeonline.com
  • winflexweb.com

Step 2: Allow cookies

 

To access case management with Internet Explorer, you will need to set your browser to accept and allow cookies. Follow the directions below:

 

  • Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
  • Click the Privacy tab, and then, under Settings, move the slider to the top to block all cookies or to the bottom to allow all cookies, and then click OK.

 

Note: Not allowing cookies might prevent some webpages from displaying correctly.

IMPORTANT: Inside your internet options be sure that “Delete Browsing History on Exit” Is NOT Checkmarked! Otherwise you will have to do this every time you wish to access QQIS Case Management.

Step 3: Enter Credentials

 

After following the first above steps you will be able to successfully access the QQIS case management sign in page. Please enter your credentials provided by your case manager and/or administrator.

  • Officename: qualityquote
  • Username: Provided to you
  • Password: Provided to you

He spent 13 years at Northwestern Mutual where he was consistently a member of the Million Dollar Round Table and the Northwestern Forum. Brendan received his undergraduate degree from University of San Francisco. He was a former President of the Irish Cultural Center and sat on the board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund. Brendan lives in Marin and has two children, Sophia and Aidan.

He lives in Marin with his wife, Jennifer and son, Nicholas.
